Aaaaack! Avoid at all costs! Their customer service sucks so much you won't believe it. On hold for hours, dealing with people whose accents you can't understand...I sent my phone to Motorola for a problem that turned out to be the phone charger. They locked it onto a network, although I had bought it directly from motorola.com as an unlocked phone. GAH! they are horrible!!!!!!!

Definately TRUE. Selling these stupid RAZR PHONES is an act of THEFT. Mine died after 20 days. Cannot return it to Walmart, ATT wont help, and their website will not accept a return. I did NOTHING to damage this phone - they sold me a defective phone and will nto stand behind it. Their customer service is the absolute worst.
My razr stopped working for no reason. I'm away at school and cannot get it fixed since it is through my parent's work, so I have to wait and somehow figure out what to do.
A huge inconvenience because motorola released a piece of shit.
I cant stand motorola. My mom has some high end job there.. blah blah blah and the only phones i can get are by motorola. Yes, that means no blackberry iphone etc etc. There is absolutely nothing to choose from. I've already had them all at some point. I guess "it goes against the company that pays for everything" bringing a non motorola phone into my household
Motorola is dying from their own dumb hands. When I purchased three new i850's and they all died(you know, when the screen just turns white and will never ever again respond)within an eight month period and Moto asks $155 to repair a faulty phone that Moto STILL sells for $69. But wow..you can upgrade..to a better phone..for only $150....never again.
I'll use a payphone before purchasing another defective overpriced, no customer-service Motorola
Motorola bluetooth devices suck also and there is no support for their product whatsoever
I service a fleet of over 700 Scooter-o-la scanners with a total cost of ~1.3 Mil. When they work fine, but RMAing has begun to REALLY SUCK, especially with a contract of 90K Grand a year with them ,OOOh yeah sux big time.. (on a personal note my experience with personal items hasn't been that hot .. or bad but I'm lucky I guess but I've stopped using it do to their company's casual twiddle-thum what to do or SCRW next approach ) These guys do not know how to program, and the ones that do will not change faulty programming code because it costs too much. I hear they even have offered to their APIs over to others to code for them ( yeah lame, like the rest of the world is going to drop their problems to fix MOTO's problems so the rest can rinally get theirs fixed -that they have paid contract money on already.... btw has nyone heard if they oppered to pay others to fix their code or is that considered a motorola free service. Your equipment costs enough in addition to your contracts... cut the CRP, offer less and do more right the 1st or 2nd time around, because the world isn't waiting for a 3rd pass.
I needed a part for a Motorola Repeater (the cabinet door).
I have a part number for the door.
Moto will not sell me the part (the door), they will only furnish a New Repeater Housing complete with Power supply.
The repeater is brand NEW and the door was damaged in shipment to my customer.
By the way the cost to replace the door by replacing the hole unit $615 my cost.
Wow! It seems like Motorola has been sucking for awhile. I guess that's why they're giving their phones away at tech conferences.

Everything Motorola sucks. The last bluetooth car kit that I bought was a complete waste of plastic. I was going to exchange it, thinking maybe it was bad, or maybe try a different model, from Motorola. Then what made me think they suck and decide to just return it for my money was the new lawsuit(s) against Apple. Come on! There are a lot of people out there that enjoy Apple products, and still buy (or should I say were buying) Motorola products. Guess what Motorola? You just LOST a lot more customers. Not such a smart move now, is it?

Their quality is utter shit. I had many motorola phones. They broke every year even when I took care of them. Cheaply glued on PIECE OF SHIT of navigation pad, fell apart on me everytime. The phones are pretty at the first glance though, but no more. I am avoiding motorola and their shitty quality at all cost.

Very disapointed. Loved my droid 2 global...After removing the massive amount of bloatware. upgraded to droid 4. bloatware seems to have doubled. And the non removable battery is the dumbest idea ever. also looked at a post where they disassembled the droid 4. the keypad is attached directly to the mainboard, therefore you have to replace the entire phone in the event the keys start going bad. This phone is designed to force you to replace it in the event the smallest piece breaks. Way to go moto. You've managed to push away another customer. seems to be me $$$ is all they give a shit about.
I had a Droid X that lasted about 1 1/2 years before it started to slow down (in finding contacts, browsing the internet, etc), lose charge more frequently, and getting black blotches on the screen. It also started to reboot all on its own for no apparent reason.
bought a motog4 from consumer cellular been dropping the wifi connection since day 1 chat with Motorola {chat in broken English LOL] was finally told only remedy was I give them the three week old phone I bought elsewhere and $25 and they would give me a used phone?!?!?! badpeople pay the extra money for a galaxy or iPhone. have seen hundreds maybe thousands of complaints about the same model on line. these guys workin a scam. don't be thenext victim
